How to make TinyCon TinyShots

I recently attended the Queensland furry convention, Furry Down Under – an event which I can’t say enough nice things about. It was an amazing three days packed full of wonderful people and funny event – but it didn’t stop there…

Afterwards a bunch of us stayed an extra three days at a friends place in Brisbane, which was dubbed TinyCon. I’m not here to share what Furry Down Under was like (you can read about last year here) – but what I do want to share are the amazing mixed shot recipes we concocted with limited supplies, some imagination and some leftover bacon vodka…

MASS HONOUR
– Pour dark chocolate sauce slowly and trace four or so spikes of chocolate sauce up the glass
– 1/2 irish creme
– 1/2 butterscotch schnaps poured slowly over a spoon down one side of the glass (to help keep the layers)

TEENIE APPLE PONY
– Big-ish chunks of raw sugar on rim of shotglass (wet rim, then up-turn onto a saucer to coat)
– 1/2 apple juice
– Half teaspon maple syrup
– Dash of vodka

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BAKON BOMB

– Dark chocolate sauce rim (just pour a bit onto plate and dip upturned shotglass)
– 1/2 raspbery cordial
– 1/3 of Bakon vodka
– Dash of butterscotch schnaps

FRUITY FURRIES IN MY MOUTH
– 1/3 orange
– 1/3 apple
– Dash of vokda
– Dash of raspberry cordial
– Top with slice of banana on edge of glass

CARNIVAL’S ILLEGITIMATE CHOCOLATE CHILDREN
– Half the rim with Milo
– 1/3 milk
– 1/3 irish creme
– Dash of butterscotch schnaps
– Top with a chopped quarter of timtam biscuit, decorated with three stripes of dark chocolate sauce

With thanks to our awesome friends for hosting TinyCon and thanks to Brad for the photo.
